There really is no quick or standard answer to the question how often any given person should have a psychic reading. How often you wish to make a call really depends on your own, personal situation. An incredibly active or particularly traumatic period in a persons life may require many consultations in a relatively short time, whereas quieter periods will produce longer intervals between sessions. Some individuals choose to call only once a year, giving themselves time to reflect on advice, act upon it and see how things develop. Others will find regular contact during perhaps painful situations helps them to remain calm and prepare themselves for things to come. It is perfectly fine to have frequent, regular readings if they are relating to a variety of aspects or areas of your life - such as a reading regarding your worklife in one session, then another regarding relationships - and as long as it is remembered that psychic insight is never meant to replace your own free will. You, and only you, can ultimately make the decisions necessary to change your life or future outcomes of your actions and reactions.
