I could be afraid, if am not My heart is troubled If my prayers could not be answered If my troubles remain unsolved Why my life? Why? Oh God! Are your words changing? Are you changing? You said it is well with the righteous Where is this wellness you promised of? The evildoers prevails in all their ways Their lives are more pleasant than… Their lives are more comfortable than… They progress more and more But for me, It looks am sitting where I was few years ago They look at me as if am a fool They mock me and you, o God! I feel ashamed when speaking with them Because what they thought they have I do not… God, why do you want to act like a man? Who changes and who his words never stood? My heart is fainting My heart is getting discouraged Because of air that it is feeling Because of what its ears are hearing My heart I have led on you My belief I gave to thy, Lord God and thy Son Christ But what is coming near me troubles my heart I feel so lonely In my journeys and affairs It look like they is no help, All are yours, O Lord! And yours you fend for Is it not what your word says? You, my Lord owns the earth and all therein Why am I lacking what you own? I’m beginning to doubt my belief I can’t ask you if you are still in heaven Because I really know you are there Am I your son, O Lord? If I am, why do you deal with me this way? Why do you leave me to be an object of mockery? Why do you allow me to exist? Oh Lord! If you could not answer my prayers, Why did you create me? If you have hardened your heart against me, If you have withheld your ears from hearing my voice. Oh Lord, better for you to kill me yourself Than my life being an object of mockery Than making me a reproach among my people. If my life came into existence mistakenly to you, O Lord Mistakenly take my life away out of this earth, Oh Lord, I pray you My enemy asked me if am serving the living God I, myself, am asking if am sure, Am serving the living God, O Lord! Tell me if you are and answer me If am serving you, the true God Oh Lord, my heart trusts in you Come and save me from this coming shame Come and gladden my soul, Awake me for a new happiness Come Oh Lord, lest my heart die. give me more idea
