Many consider the NightForce NXS 5.5-22x50 to be the ultimate long range scope. This advanced field tactical scope has a wide magnification factor that allows precision accuracy at the longest ranges yet is highly effective for shots at close ranges. With four inches of eye relief, 100 MOA of elevation travel and 20 MOA or 10 mils of travel per turret revolution, respectively, no target will be out of range of this scope.

The ZeroStop technology on this NightForce riflescope was designed at the request of Tier One Forces, and has been proven to perform in the field, even in the most rigorous conditions. Whether in the battlefield or out for a hunt, having your scope zeroed-in is important not only for safety but also for that once in a lifetime shot.

There is choice between standard High-Speed Zerostop .250 MOA, or High Speed .1 MRAD turrets.Combining with the MOAR Reticle allows access to its floating center crosshair that is 2MOA wide and 2 MOA tall, providing a precise aimpoint. It features 1 MOA elevation and windage spacings, with a 20 MOA scale below center. Combining standard NightForce’s MLR or Mil-dot reticles with the metric turrets or NP-R1 and NP-R2 MOA reticles with the .250 MOA turrets, will allow quick and accurate ranging of targets and compensate for wind or trajectory with little effort. Unlike one size fits all drop compensating reticles, combining with a Velocity 1000 reticle allows tailoring to the ballistic profile (muzzle velocity, bullet weight, ballistic coefficient, etc.) of the rifle and load. Up to twice as fast as traditional ballistic reticles, it eliminates guessing at holdover, calculating bullet drop or counting elevation adjustments. Once the reticle is properly sighted in, verify the distance to the target and simply hold dead-on at the appropriate elevation mark.
