Everyone in the mobile industry know that Microsoft and Amazon and other similar names are struggling hard to clutch their slice of cake of mobile computing business which is currently dominated by the giant Apple Inc and Android. As per the major apps owners in the market, it is very tough to make a choice of on which mobile device merit the development of their exclusive apps and software in order to benefit the company’s name. Development of apps on iOS platform might be a no brainer whereas it is not same for the Microsoft, Blackberry or even for Android operating systems. For small companies with limited resources the option having an individual app for available mobile platforms sounds like insane. Companies with limited employees and balanced turnover but a great market value wants to join mobile computing industry but the sheer competition and fragmented app market is making their step very hard. The mobile apps developers who are using HTML5 as their development platform are not enough satisfied with the experience HTML5 apps development is providing to its valuable users. The HTML5 apps are not able to surpass the native app experience. This has turned more upheaval in the minds of the small investors that to which platform should they switch. Now, it’s up to the investor that whether they will like to go as per their budget or as per the market trends. There is no harm in investing Microsoft or Android but investing in iOS or Android would be more beneficial in short run.
