Informatica Corporation has announced that it has acquired 100-per cent shares of Heiler Software and is looking forward to complete the process of acquisition. The combination will deliver unique value to analyze relationships across products, customers, vendors and locations to optimize multi-channel commerce. In addition, the company has extended support for the new MDM solutions, namely Informatica MDM 9.6. Informatica MDM 9.6 is expected to improve Inforamtica’s universal MDM strategy, delivering key benefits such as improved security and compliance through dynamic data masking. The other benefits include simplified administration, rapid MDM deployment, increased end-user productivity, empowered business users and accelerated time-to-value through new MDM solutions. Dennis Moore, Sr.VP & GM of MDM, Informatica, said, The addition of Heiler Software combined with the latest Informatica MDM offering is a true differentiator for Informatica, but more importantly will provide our customers in numerous industries the ability to analyze relationships between products, customers, vendors and locations for a competitive advantage. Informatica MDM 9.6 will be available in summer 2013.
