Injuries from the running can cause a all together different injuries to the important body parts. Injuries to knees is very bad and if not treated properly can severely cause issues. Its i very important taht all timely treatment is taken otherwise the problem can rise. 1. First and foremost don’t apply pressure on the wound. It is often noticed that whenever a person is encountered with a situation like this, his/her immediate response in to squeeze the wound shut instantly. Be it with a part of their clothing, bare hands, a spare piece of parchment, or a handkerchief (immediately made available by the gathered crowd if the incident has taken place some place crowded). Applied pressure can worsen the situation way beyond medical help can recover. Well here are some of the reasons to not do it; A. It hurts like anything you feel fitting comparing it to. B. It creates a blood clot which however for the time being does stop the bleeding but is hazardous to health since the wound remains open to the germs and bacteria present in air. C. It truly is not appreciated by the wounded person. 2. Give yourself a break Wounds are the symbol of hard work and since they are so the scars that they leave behind are equally hard to wipe out. I agree broken armors say courage but it is important to mend that brokenness to keep moving forward. It’s fascinating how our body keeps evolving and goes through so many changes from the beginning of time until the very end. But any lasting injury or the aftermath of it (pain) is a sign that your body requires to regain the strength and recover from the loss it recently went through. Rest for some period of time; let your body heal. Give your body time to prepare itself once again. 3. Don’t panic: it was an accident and could’ve happened to anybody. Don’t blame yourself and do not panic. Accept it and follow those instructions like command form the doctor for a speedy recovery. 4. Start with walking Begin with baby steps because it’s really not smart to just get up and start running again. Move only whenever absolutely necessary. Tissues take their own take time in repairing themselves. Keep your walking pace slow for some period of time. 5. Proper diet Food is almost everything that either keeps you alive or kills you. Get in the habit of eating healthy. Continue with the proper diet that includes lots of vitamins and nutrition to get you back on your feet. Eat freshly plucked fruits, non-fertilized food products, and super-food of all kind. Avoid processed food for as long as you can.
