Introducing a La Plagne Chalet Holiday to Work Colleagues

Sports,Travel & Tourism
Where better for a fun and fulfilling corporate ski retreat than La Plagne: one of the largest ski resorts in the world. With its perfect location on a high-altitude plateau in the French Alps, you can rely on season-round conditions that don’t disappoint. The amenities that come with its size make it perfect for group holidays such as a trip with work colleagues, and its underrated status also means that it's rarely overcrowded. You and your group can really make the pistes your own!

The ski area

Along with Les Arcs, the resort is part of the renowned Paradiski area with a total of 425km of pistes. 70-80% of slopes at La Plagne are above 2,000m and there are over 130 runs (10 green, 69 blue, 32 red and 18 black) that, with the ski-in/ski-out orientation of the accommodation, are all accessible from a La Plagne chalet rental. The Vanoise Express cable car can also whisk your group from their La Plagne chalet to the nearby Les Arcs ski area in less than 4 minutes!

What makes La Plagne perfect for corporate groups is its ability to cater to beginners as well as intermediate and expert skiers.

Beginners

All the villages throughout the resort have facilities perfect for absolute beginners such as magic carpets and violet runs. The expanse of blue runs offers great opportunities for quick learners to progress and ski from high altitude spots like the top of Belle Côte.

Advanced

Expert skiers can choose from some excellent black and red runs. A favourite is the seven kilometres long Mont de la Guerre run, that leads from the top of Les Verdons to Champagny.

Experienced skiers can also enjoy great off-piste experiences such as the thrilling descents that lead through the forests to Macot and Bozel or down the Combe du Grand glacier.

Non-skiers

Don’t want to exclude work colleagues who don’t ski, or are worried if some of your group decide skiing isn’t for them? Don’t worry, as La Plagne offers many exciting activities for non-skiers such as bobsleighing, paragliding, ice skating or the Super Tyro zipline.

Aprés

For skiers and non-skiers alike, the lively aprés scene is always a great source of fun. The village of Belle Plagne is normally buzzing after a day of skiing, with the late-night La Saloon disco being a favourite of partygoers.

If partying isn’t the thing for everyone in your group, this is where renting a La Plagne chalet comes into its own. A good chalet is like a home from home and is perfect for groups, with communal areas allowing for you and your colleagues to huddle by an open fire and chat, play board games and break the ice after a day’s skiing. There is no better place for groups to come together and share the experiences, adventures and funny stories of their day on the slopes.

Renting a La Plagne chalet is therefore the perfect choice for a corporate group looking to cater to skiers and non-skiers alike!
