Some rules and regulations are commons and these are as follows: Rules and Regulations for Visa: All visitors who are visiting this country must have a valid passport with one visa page which will be completely blank and there will be at least six months remaining validity. The visitors from United States, Canada, Japan, Russia, and Hong Kong do not need to have a visa. If they want to visit this country granting of 1 month permit is usual. But proof of onward transit by a way of a valid ticket is required. Visitors from other countries must have a valid visa before arrival. The visitors also can obtain visa on arrival to this country but this visa is only valid for 15 days. Visa for this country also divided on the basis of duration of stay. It may be of 6 types. These are as follows: Non- Immigrant Visa: This is a normal type of visa and it is for single entry. It is valid for 90 days. You can also extend it. One year non- immigrant visa: It is useful in multiple entries and valid up to one year. Tourist Visa: It is issued to tourists and valid up to 60 days. It can also be extended to next 30 days. Marriage Visa: If you are get married in Thailand then you are able to find Marriage visa. It allows you to stay in Thailand for 1 year. Business visa: It is issued to persons who travel with business purpose or they want to do business in Thailand. But you have to renew it after every 90 days. Permanent Resident Visa: If you have stayed in this country for 3 consecutive with 1 year visa extensions then you are able to find this kind of visa. But there is a condition for single and married people. A single person must have income of 80,000 Baht/month. For married it is 30,000baht/month but the married life should be older than 5 years.
