The battery in your MacBook Pro computers is actually advertised as not getting removable. While the computer carries a unibody design that keeps computer small in size and helps to control the charges of the computer, it also prevents that battery from to be able to be replaced easily. Additionally, Apple states that this battery can't be removed unless they do the removing. However, neither well said. You can either change the battery yourself (Extending the Life of Macbook Battery), have a repair shop do your battery replacement, or you have Apple do the power replacement. Obviously, the most expensive is to have Apple company replace the battery, unless it's under warranty, and cheap option is to change the battery yourself. Even though battery in this laptop computer is replaceable, you have to get to the underside of the chassis. However, the computer's battery is still easy to replace and remove. First you have to identify the size with the laptop computer you must replace the battery in your MacBook Pro laptop laptop computer. Although the 15 inch and the 13 inch models have the same battery design, the 17 inch computer has its very own design because it carries a bigger screen and usually requires more power. In order to get a replacement for your Macbook Pro battery, you will have to contact an Apple Authorized Company such as an Apple retail store or Apple Online. The 17 inch battery is somewhat more costly than the batteries for any 15 inch and 13 " models. Both prices comprise installation cost. Based on whom you have change the battery or in the event you replace it yourself, you will either need to send it in through the mail or to get to the Apple store. Using the Apple retail store has the advantage to the fact that they will do the battery replacement the same day. It will usually take somewhere between three and four days once they receive the battery if you happen to mail the battery in.
