Many women and girls enjoy reading the mysterious stories and invariably are left waiting to know what happens next. And they have to wait … and wait… until the next book is commissioned by the author to be on the shelves. Once this is up and available, you can bet top dollar that there are bound to be many in the audience lapping it up to know what happened to X, Y and Z. What do people want in books these days? Aside for intrigue, suspicion, thrills, romance, drugs, love, feel good factors, etc. there are many more aspects to basic writing. The idea is to create something out of the ordinary for the reader that is fantastical. Once the person is hooked the next thing to do is to provide escapism to spellbinding areas that can create myriad thought processes in the mind. A romantic suspense book has all the ingredients of a potboiler to get the vast range of readers waiting with bated breath. And if there is a smattering of vampires and metaphysical tones in the book, this is going to be a hit.
