Business innovation and investment (provisional) visa (subclass 188) is a type of visa that permits you to own and also manage a business in Australia, it also allows you to conduct a business or investment in Australia and allows you to undertake the entrepreneur activities in Australia. For you to be eligible for business innovation and investment (provisional) visa (subclass188) you must be nominated by the eligible organization, you must be invited to apply, you must meet character and health requirements and this applies to all members who are listed in the visa application form. The results of health examinations are valid for 12 months only. You are required to give police certificate from the country you have lived for at least 12 months and this applies to all the members who are included in the application form. All applicants who are over 18 years must sign Australia values statement. This is signed as a way of confirming that you are ready to respect Australian laws and Australian culture. The Australia values statement is normally are in visa application form. You must make an arrangement of paying any outstanding debt belonging to Australian government before making a visa application. Business innovation, entrepreneur, investor, premium investor and significant investor are the major streams of the business innovation and investment (provisional) visa (subclass 188). The visa allows you to travel in and out of Australia for visa duration and bring members of your family to Australia. All the members included in the visa can be or outside Australia when applying for a visa and when the visa is being granted. All the members included in the visa must comply with visa conditions and Australian laws.
