A feeling of bitterness for those who have to leave the Grand Hotel Terme Astro. All the others are ready to bring out their XX factor for the final live shows on the Italian channel RaiUno. The talent show hosted bu Milly Carlucci is announced to be full of surprises. Unconfirmed rumours say Paris Hilton will be the special guest. Four days, 254 girls, 38 vacant posts and the hunt to the XX factor "the double X factor which makes a woman a real Miss Italy" according to Milly Carlucci, anchor woman of the show. This is the element sought by the jury of Miss Italy during the pre-finals held in Salsomaggiore from the 24th to the 27th of August. The list of the finalists is now complete: the 38 lucky girls will join the 22 participants who are already entitled to be in the finals.
