In recent past, as every single handset maker was on spree of launching latest models, following the suite, Samsung also delivered a range of classic mobile phones encompassing basic mobile handsets to costly high end touch wizards as well.
Samsung C140 which is currently being highly appreciated by users in UK, was released by Samsung on UK soil in January 2007. And, even after daily & more frequent downpore of latest mobile phone models, this gadget is still stands first in the list of any buyer looking for a basic mobile phone.

Talking of data connectivity with Samsung C140 would be a joke of superior lack as the which does not has even memory in Mbs, how it can be possible of its featuring connectivity functions such as GPS, Wi-Fi etc. But, the presence of built in web browser steals the over all fun of that joke as with the help of built in web browser (WAP 1.2.1), even an armature mobile phone users can enjoy the ultimate data connectivity with having been connected with world wide web.
Two popular messaging formats are given which include SMS and EMS and with the phone compatible with T9 (quick texting input technology) standards, users get the true fun of messaging. For mobile entertainment, there is not given any dedicated functions such as built in FM radio, music player etc., but as there is displayed built in web browser, it might be used for getting entertainment bytes directly from the ultimate source which is the Internet.
Along with web browser, the GPRS (General Pocket Radio Service) is also a dependable source for people to take a dip in the ocean of Internet. The gadget outperforming its rivals with greater margins, also snatches the left out war field of power back up due to built in standard Li-ion battery (800 mAh) providing talk time of up to 5 h and standby time of up to 490 h.
