Designed and developed by Resstende the system is perfectly integrated in the building façade and emphasises its beauty by creating a precious chromatism. The principal targets of the project are energy saving, correct lighting and wind resistance. Resstende supplied more than 200 shading systems to the Milan Headquarter of the Insurance group Helvetia. The system becomes an integral part of the building; it reduces the thermal transmission by giving impulse to energy saving and it ensures a correct lighting to the environments. By creating a minimal environmental impact, this project, seated in via Cassins, adds more value to the building thanks to the gold colour of Soltis 86 fabric. This impressive colour gives a precious effect to the building structure by emphasizing its strong identity. In this project, ended last summer, it was paid special attention to wind resistance, since each window opening is huge and each blind measures nine square meters. Near the bottom bar, the blind part more subject to wind, the fabric Soltis 86 has been reinforced by adding some triangular-shape joints. Resstende, completely in line with the customer expectations , Studio Amitti, has designed and manufactured two different side channels for guiding the bottom bar which is the same for both profiles. For the indoor Resstende has proposed a combined chain-spring roller blind system with M-screen fabric.
