Look for companies that offer guarantees, then if it all does go wrong at least you have some means of claiming recompense. Using a search engine on the internet you can find hundreds of florist; with almost the same service. So look at the small differences. And remember that choosing the biggest company is not always the best option. It might be better to choose a local one near your mother's home. Finally you must be sure that there is someone home to receive the flowers. If you mother is not there, when they are delivered, you may lose the recompense to compensation for late delivery. So it might be a idea to ask one of the neighbors if they can receive the delivery, so the surprise isn't spoiled.
