Surely you are familar with the term "Alpha Male." Usually we associate this expression with animal species -- and the strongest, most dominant lion or monkey that reigns over the others and is given access to the finest females. There are quite a few dudes who have associate the term Alpha Male with negative feelings. To them it could mean the big jock who used to swagger around their campus, bullying the weaker kids and getting the most attractive girls. Or, you might have an Alpha Male in your workplace: a "man's man" who is bursting with confidence (or even arrogance), and focuses intensely on accomplishing his goals. Maybe he's difficult to work for, but you have to respect the dude. The thing is,, most guys suffer under the conviction that some of us came out of the womb as "Alphas", and the rest of us are doomed to be "shy guys" or "nice guys" who can only have the leftovers and are afraid to even approach women. But the stone-cold reality is that every of one of us possesses an Alpha Male inside of us. So right now I want to give you a few quick tips on how to become an Alpha Male, which come from my own personal experiences. How To Be An Alpha Male, Tip #1: Displaying your Alpha Male side means showing confidence and masculine energy with men AND women. Make this a part of your routine from now on -- you always need to be building your social network. Look, I've seen lots of guys who study "pickup" because they want to master the art of how to be an Alpha Male. Even if some of these guys become more skilled and confident when they're around women, they still act like "Beta" guys when they're in the presence of other dudes -- in particular Alpha Males whom they perceive to have higher status than they do. Clearly when you go out to socialize, your primary objective is to meet women, but making new friendships with "Alpha" guys is going to benefit your long-term game. Make this a part of your new routine: when you're at a party, or a bar or nightclub -- and you see dudes who are sending out positive, confident and are sending out positive energy (and getting attention from women) -- introduce yourself to them. Walk up to the coolest-looking dude in the room and tell him, "Bro, I'm impressed. The girls into you, what's your secret?" Chances are, this guy will be friendly towards you and he'll gladly share some wisdom. Now you've added a powerful friend and wingman to your social network. The benefits become huge when you start to expand your social network to contain Alpha Male friends -- who will invite you to cool events and activities, and introduce you to other people (especially women) who you wouldn't meet otherwise. The truth is, when you're seen hanging out and having fun with Alpha Males, your "status" rises in the eyes of the ladies. Women will assume that you have high social value. If you normally go to the same old bars, with the same old non-Alpha buddies of yours (guys who lack skills and confidence with girls), it's time for you to "upgrade" and start hanging out with new people who are super-social and give you extra motivation. How To Be An Alpha Male, Tip #2: My second quick tip on how to be an Alpha Male is that you need to be decisive. Don't be wishy-washy. Lay out a path for women to follow along with. It may sound chauvinistic, but it's true. She really doesn't want to have to decide which where to go eat dinner, or where to grab drinks with you on Friday night...you could actually be making her slightly uncomfortable when you demonstrate indecisive behavior. You need to show to women, through your words and behavior, that you're the type of guy who can provide her with emotional security. Whenever there is a decision to be made, it's important for you to be able to step up and lay out a plan that sounds fun. Really, even if it's as insignificant as deciding where to go eat or have coffee. Of course, she might not be 100% in favor of your decision, but she will respect the fact that you have a definite opinion. WEAK MOVE: "I was thinking, maybe if you're not busy this weekend, we could, I dunno, meet up and do something..." Strong move: "So what's your favorite funny movie of all time? I'll rent it, and we can check it out Friday night at my house while we eat some awesome take-out food." Or you might say "You mentioned you like Japanese food. I happen to know this excellent restaurant that's a hidden gem, and I want to take you there. I can pick you up Friday night at eight o'clock." How To Become An Alpha Male, Tip #3: Leave them wanting more. True Alpha Males are very busy people on the move. They will not give you infinite amounts of their time. Your attitude should be the same when you are interacting with girls. You should always be the one to wrap up the interaction and go on your way -- whether you're rapping with a girl at a club, or on the phone with a chick and aiming to make plans to meet her again. The ordinary guy will talk... and talk... until the woman finally says, "I need to go find my friend" or "it was cool chatting with you, but I need to be up early tomorrow..." As an Alpha Male, you must ALWAYS have a goal in mind when you talk to a girl, and attain that objective before the exchange comes to an end. If you're vibing with a girl you met at a bar, your goal could be to score her phone number. Or, if you're calling her on the phone, the objective may well be to lock down a time when you're going to see her next. When all's said and done, it's crucial for you to have a plan, a strategy, and a method to execute it. NEVER drag it out to the point where she has to leave first. She can naturally assume that you don't have much going on in your life, and no other women to talk to. See, when you're the one to end the conversation, you make her say to herself... "hmm, he isn't like most guys I've met. He probably has a lot of interesting things going on in his life. Does he need to go see some other girl?
