Distance healing is a method of energetic healing that is based on the principals of quantum physics. Quantum physics is the advanced theory that seeks to scientifically explain the “unified field” of energy that has been utilized for healing in the Far East, and indeed within most human cultures, for centuries. This field of study has demonstrated that energy particles can be influenced by the manipulation of other energy particles almost instantly from great distances. Energy blocks or imbalances within the body result in disease states that can be relieved through the correction of these imbalances or blocks to promote the body’s own powerful healing ability. We are familiar with energy therapy methods such as acupuncture and chiropractic and their documented effectiveness in treating a wide variety of ailments. Distance healing is another form of energy healing that can be accomplished at long distances through the specific direction of energy. The power of prayer is a well recognized form of distance healing with which we are all familiar. It is energy sent with intent to a specific recipient. One can equate the process of distance, or remote, healing with the transmission of energy that occurs with radio waves. Radio waves are transmitted from a source and travel great distances very quickly. They are invisible to us until we are able to perceive them through a mechanical receiver such as a radio or television. Even though we are unaware of all of the radio wave transmissions that are constantly around us, they are very real and there is nothing “magic” about them. Distance healing works on the same principal. The distance healer, the source, transmits energy to the patient, the receiver, where the energy can be utilized to effect healing. Our bodies function through complex pathways of energy transmission from one part to another controlled by the central nervous system. Our nerves work in the same way as electrical wires that carry energy from the source to the appliance it powers. Just as a wire that is unplugged from the source causes the appliance to stop functioning, when energy transmission within the body is blocked, the body itself malfunctions resulting in a disease state. Releasing that block allows the body to be restored to health and proper functioning. The distance healer utilizes the unified field of energy on a quantum level, that energy that connects all things in the universe. The distance healer transmits the healing energy that can be utilized by the receiver, or the person to whom it is directed, to boost the body’s healing ability.
