For instance, if he is a career counselor and if he is working for a personal follow then he may want a license whereas a counselor working for a school center might not need a license. In addition to it counselors who cope with criteria such as addiction, behavior disorder is often governed by completely different State agency or board which are abundant totally different from other counselors. In getting a license the counselor may want a high faculty diploma to observe his own subject. Alternative Qualifications: Individuals handling counseling session should possess a robust positive need to help others and should be able to respect their purchasers and should be confidence about their profession. The advisors should be ready to work independently or they will also work in groups. A counselor must also have strong can power to handle completely different individuals who are affected with completely different mental and psychological issues as a result of handling these problems may cause mental stress to the counselor.
