There are many factors that result in those hateful fine lines and wrinkles in your body. In such a case, make sure you use it eight hours after the incident to prevent skin damage as well as inflammation. Karen E. Burke, Ph.D., M.D., recommends that you use nearly 400 international units of vitamin E everyday in form of d-alpha-tocopherol. You can also try those lotions that have both vitamin E and C to protect yourself against wrinkles that are caused by sun damage. Retin-A Tretinoin, also recognized as Retin-A, is a compound you find in vitamin A. The strongest wrinkle preventer of the vitamins come in the form of prescription-only Retin-A. According to Dr. Kligman, who is the creator of Retin-A, the compound stimulates collagen production and also the flow of blood into your dermis. It creates tissues which make the dermis thicker resulting in the return of your youthful skin and preventing wrinkles from appearing in future. But it comes with a side effect --- flaky, peeling skin. That is why when you use this method to get rid of wrinkles, use a moisturizer.
