Washing your hair too frequently will strip it of the natural sebum your scalp produces. Try to keep the washes down to every other day if possible. Follow up with a good moisture rich conditioner or a leave in conditioner for best results. Let your hair air dry as often as possible.
There is likely not a single person who can escape dry hair at some point. One of the first signs of dry hair is static, so as soon as your hair starts to fly away on its own, take action to rehydrate and put a stop to damaged hair before it has a chance to start.
