Like Mohamed Hitler simplified his world. For the insane Austrian the world and its organisation was simple. Germans were superior and should rule. They were the natural inheritors of a great Aryan and European tradition. Jews, Slavs, Gays, the religious, the sick and the weak were to be destroyed. Everyone else must submit to the superior tribe. Only a great leader, divinely inspired, who knew of the glorious pagan past of the German tribe would be able to turn a defeated Germany into a world ruler. Hitler truly believed he was sent by a deity to fulfill Germany's promise as the leader of the world. Today of course he would find himself in an insane asylum. Yet in the zeitgeist of the 1920s and 30s, he elevated himself and his sick creed to rule over a nation of 80 millions. Hitler much admired Mohamed, Islam, and the idea of Mecca - a world center of pagan power where all people would travel to submit themselves to the cult and its leadership. Linz Hitler's hometown, would be the new cultural Mecca for the world, containing all of Europe's classical art and acting as a showpiece of Nazi cultural superiority. The new capital city which Hitler meticulously planned, 'Germania', would likewise be the political Mecca for the world, where enslaved states and 'allies' would come to pay homage to Nazi supremacy and world domination. The Nazis and Arabs were of course allied during World War II, exposing their common fascist sympathies and anti-semiticism. Ridiculously, most people today don't even know of the Nazi-Arab links or common cause in the Second World War. Modern Muslims still applaud Hitler, though they are apt to criticise him for not finishing off all the Jews. The warm sentiments between Nazis, Arabs and Muslims is no mistake and it extends far beyond racist anti-Semiticism. They are expressions of kindred spirits and shared beliefs. Hitler was much impressed with Mohamed's ability to use a pagan cult to unify a disparate group of pre-modern tribes into a military and political force of historical power. Mohamed and Islam, provided Hitler with a template of total societal control, embedded in key documents, submission by all to the communal good, rabid racism and supremacism, and a mystical, divinely inspired mandate to rule the globe. Indeed Mohamed was the original Hitler. Both Nazi and Islamic doctrine preach the same basic ideas. We are supreme. We will go to 'heaven'. We the believers must fight to spread our truth. All the world outside our tribe and outside our cult are enemies. We are merely peaceful messengers fighting on behalf of light and truth to carry our message to those who don't believe. Just a few out of literally hundreds of passages in the Koran and Mein Kampf illustrate the basic complicity of the two fascisms. It is almost certain in my opinion, that Hitler, a voracious reader, read the Koran or parts of it. In fact if you replaced Allah with Hitler the two documents make a great match.
