Order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, promote the healthy development of hair dye industry, the State Administration of Quality Supervision Organization on the hair dye product quality supervision and spot checks the state, had taken in Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Jiangxi, Fujian seven provinces, municipalities 52 production of 80 kinds of products (not related to exports), the products quality sample pass rate of 99.6%.
