Macs dont usually have many problems with virus or malware on their operating systems. But as Mac continues to grow in popularity and more malicious software could try to worm their way to the Mac.
If you are concerned that the system may be vulnerable to attack by Sophos have announced their new free anti-virus software, designed specifically for Mac machines.
Chet Wisniewski, a senior security advisor says Sophos Sophos Anti- Virus for Mac Home Edition also detect malicious software written for Windows to Mac users may be spread through USB drives and e-mail.
