Nauique is a fast acting pond herbicide and the active ingredient in making of this herbicide is copper carbonate 15.9%. it is used to control the growth of pond weeds without any irrigation restriction. If this chemical herbicide is sprayed over the vegetation than all sorts of weeds will be controlled. A localized control can be achieved over the growth of useless weeds using this herbicide. This herbicide also contains copper as on of its key chemical in the main compound and it is used for instant killing of tough aquatic weeds like hydrilla, Egeria and southern naiad. The contents of copper are 9% in this chemical and it is a highest concentrated chelated copper herbicide present in market. This herbicide controls the growth of useless weeds which are floating or under the water body. It acts also in slow flowing or quiescent water bodies. The proper time to treat you vegetation with Nauique herbicide is when they are in actively growing state. To boost the effective of the herbicide it should be applied during early morning when there is bright sunlight and the water temperature is around 15º C or 60º F. the effect of he herbicide can weaken if there is less proportion of light reaching the treated area. Even If the weeds are covered up with algae, silt or scale than effect of the herbicide will be negligible on them. If the weeds are covered with thick algae mat a high pressure sprayer should be used to apply the herbicide so that the algae mats breaks up and herbicide starts is work on the weeds. During the treatment the oxygen in the water is reduced because of the decomposition of the dead weeds so to over come this situation retreatment of the herbicide should be done between 10 to 12 days interval so that oxygen required by the crop plant is not reduced and its growth is maintained.
