Abstract This paper first outlines the general structure of IPTV platforms, IPTV services requirements of the bearer network and telecommunications network IP network status, and from the multicast deployment, bandwidth, QoS guarantee, user authentication four aspects of how the existing IP network based on the building can operate IPTV bearer network can be managed, given a specific solution.

At present, IPTV is still in its initial stage, whether technical or operational management are still immature, this business model and industry chain aside the question aside, mainly from a technical point of view of IPTV network construction in early development can be operators can manage the network needs to pay attention and thinking problems.
1, IPTV Overview 1.1 IPTV platform, the overall structure
IPTV is an interactive network TV, which uses broadband networks using DSL or Ethernet access mode, the network set-top box (STB) or a PC to provide users with a variety of interactive broadband video services, including video broadcast, video on demand, games, video conferencing.
