Curacao has 38 beaches on the island, all of which are stunning so after a hard search for the perfect CURACAO REAL ESTATE a trip to one of these amazing beaches is a must. Should you feel the need to completely unwind whilst visiting the beach there is a beach masseur who will help to relieve any tension whilst you are listening to the waves against the shore and relax. Klein Curacao is another beach which can only be accessed by taking a mermaid boat trip as it is a small remote uninhabited island which is away from all the busy hustle and bustle of the main island is a flat windswept beach and has white sandy beaches, clear waters and colourful reef and beautiful sealife, it is very popular with divers and snorkelers and sunbathers alike Klein Curacao is dutch for little Curacao. The boat takes 2 hours from Fishermans Pier and the boat is called the Mermaid the captain of the boat is called Captain Cor, and when climbing aboad there is tea and coffee on offer and the sights from the boat are those of Fuik, Duivelsklip and Oostpunt which are inaccessible and have been kept as wildlife preserves there is also a possibility that dolphins will swim next to the boat while the journey is being made to Klein Curacao the Captain and crew have the only beach house on this tiny island which has great shelter from the sun and provides wc facilities. When on the trip a buffet lunch is provided at the beach house. Diving and Snorkelling is very popular on the island due to the nice coral formations a vertical drop and some underwater caves. There is also a lighthouse that must be explored whilst visiting the island. The boat trips take place every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday Mornings at 6.45am, you will stay on the Island until 4pm when the boat returns to the main Island.
