Beauty is skin deep so are the concerns. It is a safe bet that one could not find a person on this planet who would not like to look beautiful forever. Even some may encourage ageing by emphasizing on looking graceful rather than beautiful or age elegantly though one cannot find a contender who is willing to do so. In order to prevent skin ageing and have a beautiful skin, most of us are willing to lay our hands on anything which appears on the shelf. Be it the high end product of SkinMedica or a local made crème with absolutely no credentials, we tend to believe that it could have ‘that’ miracle impact on our skin we have been impatiently waiting for ! On the grim side, it could be utterly disastrous for our skin. To delay the onset of ageing or clear the breakouts of skin, here are some words of advice straight from the experts which are as follows. Stick to your skin care regimen. A normal skin routine comprises cleansing, toning and moisturizing of the skin. Never go to sleep with your make-up on even if you are using top notch mineral based make-up cosmetics. The make-up on skin prevents the epidermis (outer layer of the skin) from breathing which can result in breakouts, zits and acne. Always use products which have enough back up of market credentials and testimonials from the users. The basic products such as toners or exfoliants should be branded. Companies like Dermalogica and Bioelements feature a wonderful result -driven range in the given category. Exfoliate your facial skin twice a week. This will help it to remove dead skin and rejuvenate. Sun- block is mandatory even if it’s raining outside or is winter. Make it a point to apply it before 30 minutes of stepping out. Sun can give you necessary vitamin D but is also accountable for more than 80 percent of pre-ageing wrinkles. If you are above the age of 30, use anti-ageing cream of reputed brands such as Skin Medica , Primrose and Yonka to name a few. Make it a habit to consult your dermatologist once in a month. Along with the skin care regime it would be wonderful if you could include exercise and vegetables in your daily regimen. You can also visit the product websites and know more about it. Dermalogica and Yonka websites provide elaborated details about your skin and help you to plan skin care schedule in accordance with your skin type.
