In the Aquatic themed casino opposite the Marina you will be greeted by floor to ceiling aquariums which are filled with tropical fish, and inside the casino there are beautiful mosaics of whales and dolphins and sculptures of Mermaids and Mermen also the activities in the casino include slot machines, table games and all the usual activities you would find in a casino and some of the games are even based on the aquatic theme. The Dominican Republic has the largest cave system in the Antilles just waiting to be explored, they are very interesting and historical as there is lots of artwork in many of them which were designed by the indigenous Indians and they date back to as far as 3000 years ago. One of the caves to explore in the Dominican Republic is Los Tres Ojos, it is a 50ft open air cave which is made from limestone and comprised of 3 caves, and you can find it in the Mirador del Este Park in the Santo Domingo Este. As you enter the cave you will be greeted with beautiful trees in the forest and as you venture down further you will be in awe at the breathtaking lagoons on the tour you will be in a small raft boat which enables you to view all 3 caves and the beauty of each one, this is a must see and an experience that will never be forgotten.
