In this modern world every person wants to look beautiful, so that the world admire him and he feel better about himself. But in this world there are some people who are not contended with their physical appearance therefore to achieve an ideal beauty they opt for the procedure of cosmetic surgery. Like every other thing in the world it also has certain advantages and the disadvantages. Now have a look one by one on the cosmetic procedures and their gains and losses. Liposuction is the technique used by the surgeons, in which they surgically remove the excess of fat from the body. Its advantage is that you look slim and smart and you get rid of the extra fat in the body in just two hours. But its major disadvantage is that the fat once removed appear later in its more severe form and the skin of the body also gets affected. In certain cases the reappearance of the fat in more in certain areas likes hips more than the rest of the body. In this way the shape of the body gets asymmetric and instead of looking beautiful the person looks ugly. Face lifts are another cosmetic procedure and in this case the doctors make use of certain plates and the retractors. This type of surgery takes about a month to recover and during this time the patients face remain swollen. He feels problem in eating and the breathing. Even after the recovery it has been seen that in many cases the people remain uncontended with the appearance made after the surgery. These procedures are highly expensive and mostly the models and the actresses go for these surgeries. Another type of surgery is very popular among the women. They desire to enlarge their breast surgically. For this purpose the doctors take the fat of a person from the areas where it is excessive and paste it on the breast. The aim of the surgery is that the person looks more attractive and beautiful. Major disadvantage of this type of surgery is that the difference between the appearances between the two sides of the breast occurs and instead of looking beautiful they look asymmetrical. The women feel bad about the appearance of her breast. The breast implants have a risk of leakage or even bursting. Another surgery is then required to fix the problem. In many cases we see that due to lack of awareness or desire to spend less money the people select a wrong doctor for their surgery and due to these non professional doctors certain complications occur. In surgery the person is operated under anesthesia and the disadvantages of anesthesia are more than the surgery itself. However, less serious complications resulting from anesthesia include blood clots, temporary paralysis, abnormal heart rhythm and more.
