You might be tempted to think that the camera lenses you’re reading about in this article aren’t really as necessary as all that. And you would be right. None of these accessories are necessary, but I have to say however that they do come in handy, and they will, given half the chance, be able to enhance considerably your photographic efforts. And that’s where camera lenses come into the should-have category. Having different camera lenses on hand will give you greater power and depth over your photographs. Having something like a wide angled lens or a telephoto lens can help you out considerably. Of course there’s a good chance that you might not have the right camera for you to need a lens, for instance if all you have is a compact camera then extra camera lenses definitely shouldn’t be on your list of things to buy. Personally speaking I would recommend that you buy your SLR before you go out and buy additional camera lenses. It’s just a thought though, nothing more. All joking aside, additional camera lenses will give you the ability to take better photographs. You just need to know which camera lenses are right for you. If you go with the example of my fisheye lens, then you might be able to see what I mean. However, don’t let that stop you from getting what you need. Here though, I would strongly suggest that you research what your options are because you do have many available to you. So whether you buy wide angle, or zoom camera lenses, depends entirely on your type of camera, what type of photographical interest you have, and to a very large extent, how deep your pockets run.
