Keeping a fit and healthy body is a lifelong struggle for many people. The problem is usually motivation. Maintaining the will power to stay motivated to eat right and exercise all the time is usually more difficult than the actual workout. In fact, staying consistent is the number one problem people have with lifelong fitness. If this is something you struggle with, here are a few tips for staying consistent. One of the biggest problems with consistent fitness is that it's easy to talk yourself out of being consistent when you don't have anyone to answer to. That's why people who struggle to stay consistent on their own should join a fitness studio, gym, or fitness boot camp. It's easier to be responsible when you have someone watching over your fitness or when you're working out consistently with other people. When you know you'll be missed, you'll be more likely to get up in the morning and do what needs to be done. Writing down fitness goals every day can also be a huge benefit. It's easy to put off exercise when it's not a part of your daily plan. For many people it helps to right down a fitness plan for every day of the week and check it off as you accomplish it. For example, if you plan to run for an hour Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and practice yoga on Tuesday and Thursday, write it down on your calendar. This will also give you a satisfactory sense of accomplishment when you cross off your completed workout on your list. TransforME Fitness Studio is a fitness studio Clearlake.
