These mobile homes were invented a long time ago. These mobile homes were invented years back when there was massive need of such home that can be moved to any place. These were first invented in the United States from the cars, keeping in view the structure of the trailers and heavy machinery that had huge storing capacity in it, a small unit with wheels attached permanently to those structures. Such structures were often used for camping before this invention. Then later, larger units intended to be used as dwellings for several months or more in one location came to be known as home trailers in the United States and gained a lot of popularity. The first trailer home originated from England originally where they are called “caravans”. The original rationale for this type of housing was its mobility. This mobility factor had a great competitive edge over the typical homes and caught everyone’s attention. These mobile home units were initially marketed primarily to people whose lifestyle required mobility and who liked to be on the go. However, beginning in the 1950s, the homes began to be marketed primarily as an inexpensive form of housing designed to be set up and left in a location for long periods of time. Previously, units had been eight feet or less in width and they were initially marketed for years but in 1956, the 10-foot wide home was introduced, along with the new term "mobile home". They offered better portability and more capacity for storage. The homes were given a rectangular shape, made from pre-painted aluminum panels, rather than the streamlined shape of travel trailers, which were usually painted after assembly. They provided more length and better width than before. All of this helped increase the difference between these homes and travel trailers that are a part of the transport. The smaller eight foot wide and long units could be moved simply with a car, but the larger and wider units that are ten foot wide and long units usually require the services of a professional trucking company, and often a special moving permit from a state highway department. Later after these inventions, during the 1960s and 1970s, the homes were made even longer and wider means that better capacity for accommodation and storage, making the mobility of the units more difficult. Nowadays, when a factory-built home is moved to a location, it is usually kept there permanently and the mobility of the units has considerably decreased because of the increase in their sizes. In some states, mobile homes have been taxed as personal property if the wheels remain attached whether or not these are often on the go. Many people who could not afford a traditional site-built home or did not desire to commit to spending a large sum of money on housing began to see these mobile homes as an alternative to the typical homes. These mobile homes have provided people with an alternative to the site-built typical homes. Visit mobile homes Ontario, Modular Homes Ontario
