The quick working and living pace brings a lot pressure to the modern people, so they’d like to relax themselves on weekends. Exercise is a good way to relieve pressure and keep fitness. So, I want to recommend several common ways of keeping fitness to you.

Suggestion One: Swim or scuba diving Suitable group: People who work regularly everyday without any change, for example, government officials, secretary, etc. Fitness effects: Diving is a whole body movement, and its motion effects are comparable to swimming. People who cannot swim could try the diving.

Suggestion Two: Play bowling Suitable group: People who have been working for quite a long time in a certain position and have no chance to be promoted. Fitness effects: As long as your posture is correct when bowling, more than 200 muscles in the body can get exercise.

Suggestion Three: Pilates Suitable group: Females who are lack of exercise and dissatisfied with their stature, or women who cannot control their appetite. For example, female who work at marketing, public relations and marketing departments could try this method. Health effects: It could not only train the arms, chest and shoulder, but also have the waist, abdomen and back strength exercises. It could also enhance the flexibility through the stretch training so that each department could be fully tightened and stretched. In 45 minutes, people can clearly feel the tightness of abdominal muscles.

Suggestion Four: Long-distance race Suitable group: People always sit in working process and they are tending to have lot diseases such as back pain and cervical spondylosis. For example, editor and freelance writer could have a try. Health effects: The resistance in water is 12 times of the air resistance, so running in the water run for 45 minutes equals to running two hours on land. Water jogging is especially suitable for obese people. Because the density of water and heat transfer is bigger than air, water jogging consumes more energy than land, and you can gradually get rid of excess body fat if you use this way.

Suggestion Five: Shopping Suitable group: Female sit all day long in the office. Health effects: Shopping is the nature of women and they would walk at least two or three hours every time. The constant walking could increase the leg strength and consume a lot of body heat to achieve fitness results.

Suggestion Six: Horse riding Suitable group: People may have great working pressure and suffer from certain risks, such as company owners or management layers. Health Effects: Horse riding can exercise your agility and coordination, and can make your muscles been trained, especially the leg muscles. Calories of riding horse an hour is up to 2700 calories, which is the same amount of playing golf a day.
