When you’re dealing with termites; it’s better to look at a means of prevention than hope for a miraculously cheap cure instead. Yes, it is very expensive to get rid of termites. The chemicals that are effective can be expensive. The name Imidacloprid may well be difficult to spell and pronounce but the function it performs is rather simple to comprehend. It kills termites. So how is that a preventive solution and not a cure you ask? This is where the name we asked you to keep in mind comes into the equation. Premise Pre-Construction is a product that essentially brings a termite infestation to its knees when it comes in touch with it. The product contains Imidacloprid. It is usually applied around and inside a newly constructed building. It provides a protective shield around the building which no termite can penetrate and survive to tell the tale. The 21.6% concentration of Imidacloprid is good enough to get rid of colonies of termites with its residual effect lasting a long time thus keeping them away as well. So doesn’t that qualify as a preventive solution? The best bit is that Premise Pre-Construction can be diluted to the ratio of 1:400 that is every 2.5 gallons of the product can form 1000 gallons of the spray that can protect a whole building.
