"Employee turnover has apparent connection to leadership and management style. Experts think the general staff will for bad work environment and working atmosphere put forward leaving, which can achieve 40% ~ 50%. But employee turnover will not means leaving transactions, promotion and a raise. The senior management personnel in the enterprise, usually in enterprise service more than 15 to 20 years. For enterprise, it should put considerable opportunity to internal personnel to reward their loyalty. Those job-hoppers who unilaterally pursue compensation, this is a dangerous move. If because of skills or technical reasons they leave, that can also be received. But if only because of salary, they choose leaving office, which are too dangerous.
