I just got an email from a colleague who told me about a young guy in Alabama named Shane. He is an exceptional powerlifter, and that is an understatement. He sent me his most recent lifts from a powerlifting meet he just competed in, and his lifts are shocking to say the least. He squatted a mere 1085 lb., which he wasn’t satisfied with, because he said he could have easily broken 1100 lb. Sadly, Shane was too high on his second squat attempt, so he chose to do it again instead of going up to a heavier weight. He benched a amazing 800lb., after easily benching 750 lb. and then 775lb. – WOW! Then his opening deadlift was 750lb., then he deadlifted 775 lb., and made an attempt 815 lb. for his final lift, but missed it. Therefore, he totaled 2660 lb., which puts him fourth of all time, and only 30 lb. off the world record total. He says that he thinks he will capture the world record total at his next meet, and I am convinced he will too. I am definitely not in his league, but hearing about his lifts and seeing the pictures genuinely motivates me. My local powerlifting meet is coming soon, and I have really been training hard. As you know I had about 25 lb. of body weight to shed to put me in the 198 lb. weight class. I have been using the fat burner/energizer called Fastin, and it has honestly helped me. It has given me amazing energy surges for my workouts, which has allowed me to lift harder, with more intensity, and remain focused throughout the entire workout. Plus, since I began using Fastin over two weeks ago I have already lost five pounds. That is better than I had hoped for, and at this rate of burning fat I will be at my weight class in just about two months, which will allow me to train for a little while at 198 lb. You can take a look at Fastin here. I recommend Fastin for anyone who weight trains. It doesn’t matter if you don’t need to drop some weight, because just the sheer energy-enhancing effects of Fastin are well worth the investment. Plus at this internet site you can try Fastin for free. In fact, they will let anyone try up to four products for free, no shipping costs, no lists to sign up on, no strings at all. Go here and read all about it here. I will update you on my lifts next time.
