You're also accountable for a monthly maintenance fee, however you are not accountable for setting everything up or arranging the logistics of getting the jet where you need it. In as little as a couple of hours, you could have access to a jet to take you to your destination. It might not be the plane that you own, because that one might be on the other side of the nation, however it is going to be one that is identical or at least equal to your plane, it could even be an upgrade if available. There are some positive aspects to this kind of program, one of them being that you aren't responsible for the logistics or hiring of the crew.
