Insects and pests have always been detrimental to the growth of plants – be it vegetables or fruits and flowers. They eat up leaves of plants, thereby curbing the process of food production by plants, since leaves serve as food centers and hence the plants die gradually. This in turn causes damage to the human and animal environment as well since these are heterotrophic beings dependent on plants for food and existence. Hence it has become a growing concern for all of us on how to provide efficient and high-quality protection to plants against pest attacks. Herein becomes pronounced the need of an insecticidal solution that claims to be effective against all insects that harm plants and also animals associated with them. A product designed and manufactured exclusively for the purpose is the Hi-Yield Lawn, Garden, Pet and Livestock Insect Control. The product mentioned above can be best used on trees that grow fruits, nuts and also vegetables or even house plants that yield flowers such as roses, ornamentals including shrubs and trees, etc. There are separate application rates specified for each variety. While one to one and a half teaspoons per gallon is sufficient for the treatment of flowers, houseplants, roses and ornamental shrubs and trees, vegetables need the product to be applied in as much as 2 to 4 tablespoons per gallon and nut and fruit trees require 4 tablespoons per gallon. This particular pesticide is effective in controlling bark beetles and borers, for which it has to be applied in the amount of 3 to 6 tablespoons for each gallon. It also provides protection against carpenter ants and subterranean termites, which have to be treated with 5 tablespoons per gallon per 100 sq. ft. and other nuisance pests in the outdoor areas are also effectively prevented.
