Recently I did a poll and received an overwhelming result. And for that reason far to date I’ve attained over 188 responses and the most prominent question that I asked people was that which worries and the problems that people experience with outsourcing. Second thing as well is that I needed to share with you when it comes to one of the problems that people encounter inside or having annoyances with outsourcing was to try and do with price. Rate was a huge component that people couldn’t consider doing. Allow me to place it in a more of a relative and also unique standpoint. Say as an example you are getting the average wage of about $20 an hour. I believe the normal retail wage is about $20 an hour for anyone above 18 years old. And say you went out there and hired somebody who was you’re paying roughly about the same as about $2-3 an hour. And in that money, it’s probably quite high or still considered quite good average wage in their country. Yet because of the exchange rates and for of our economies and scale, that’s the good reason why there’s such a big difference. Yet imagine if you were to work 20 hours a week, and doing it - sorry - $20 per hour for 40 hours a week, you’d be earning or spending about $800 or so to earn that. So if you were to pay for someone to try and do that 40 hours a week, it’s roughly equivalent to $80. So it’s about 1/10 of the price. And if you’re also making about $800 and you’re paying someone $80, you’re still making a profit of $720. Then when you look at the price factor, it really is not bad spending however when you look at the time that you get back or mobility and adaptability that you may get back just from those hours of no longer working them, then imagine that kind of fee saving that you will have. And that’s the thing. Now the remaining and the third thing that was a really big thing that a lot of people had or an issue was the access of the resources. Just how do they become in a position to get the work done the way I need it, where can I find these kinds of people. Those are the problems that people encounter.
