Directors and key administrative functions of the change TCL Multimedia Technology Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries collectively the "Group") (the "Board") announces that following the appointment, resignation and important administrative functions of the changes: Appointment of new Executive Director Mr. Huang Xubin ("Mr. Wong") will be appointed executive director of the Company, from January 1, 2009 with effect from his appointment after appointment term will be the next general meeting of shareholders of the Company expires at the end of . He holds 4,189,546 shares to subscribe for shares in TCL Communication. Except as disclosed above, Mr Wong and the Company of any other directors, senior management or substantial or controlling shareholders of any no connection, but he is currently held in the past three years, nor of any listed public any of the Company Board of Directors. He holds 2,952,290 shares of the Company to subscribe for shares and. Save as disclosed, none of Mr Wong shares of the Company has any interest (as defined in Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance). Mr. Huang and the Company does not enter into any service contracts.
