After last year's Black Friday shopping adventure I realized that I wouldn't ever again bother standing in long lines. There were about seven long hours of me and my son waiting with the crowd. We were really pumped to be getting a discount on a new flat LED-LCD TV. After hours of waiting the shop became all sold out. We headed home with our head's hanging low. Considering that we were both having a good time it really didn't matter that we came out without buying anything. The problem was she always wanted me to go to the store with her to purchase one. Monday through Friday I pretty much maintain a basic routine. We rarely get a chance to do many recreational activities on the weekend. We use that time for catching up with our own parents It was pretty nice being able to sit there in the comfort of the home and shop with the wife. By the time Friday arrived, we had already received all of the packages. One of my favorite pictures that my wife has shot so far is one of my son and the dog running around the backyard playing with his new toy. I got the joy of being able to sit in front of the new TV all day Saturday and catch up on some much needed rest and relaxation.
