The gastronomy events kicked off on June 4th whereby renowned Executive chef George Venieris created sublime dishes based on traditional Greek cuisine while Bill & Coo's own mixologist, Spiros Davio blended sumptuous cocktails. Then on the 12th of June, Bill & Coo proudly hosted the Open Mixologist Night where three of the most well known names in Greek bar tending: Babis Kaidalidis (Bar Academy Hellas), Chris Axarlis (Vudu Bar, UK) and Panagiwtis Fragos (OQ Bar-Restaurant) along with our in house mixologist Spiros Davio introduced guests to the fascinating world of molecular cocktails. On the 23rd of June, Chef Stylianoudakis dazzled guests with a night of molecular gastronomy, with guests witnessing his years of culinary experience in an evening where Cretan elements were fused with the latest culinary innovations. The sizzling month of July follows with the Aphrodisiac Secrets of Danish Cuisine on the 12th of July where the 2 Michelin star, chef Nielsen Morten is sure to wow visitors with his culinary mastery. On the 23rd of July, Greek Peloponnesian cuisine, a form of Greek cooking that is referred to often in Bill & Coo’s restaurant gastronomic delights, will again emphasise that taste and health can marry well through this mouth watering fare which uses the highest quality vegetables, citrus fruits, oils, meats and fish.
