The above statement ‘For Our Own Good’ are really unfounded truth. You ask why? The answer is basically we are surrounded with the ‘shame’ of being a fat woman. And the fear of non-fat women is a half-century of medical and psychiatric lies which the fat underground society calls "genocidal malpractice" paddled to us. In this article, let’s us together uncover the blatant lies that makes women and men to blindly ape others in getting a slim and trim figure regardless. In fact time and time again we have been brain washed on the untruth exposed to us by unnecessary and uncalled for opinions of others. Hence, it’s myself, a self appointed duty to unveil this lies in this article. It is hoped that it can give radical counter-arguments against those doctors that make fat people sick. And psychiatrists make fat people crazy. The gist of these positive arguments rests on my observations and personal bodily experience with high regards concerning our total mental and physical health issues. Let’ use not waste any more ink in writing this long intro, at least for now. Shall we then begin? OK? Thanks! Serious warning No.1.Damage to our body. Consider this scenario. In most cases there would be some serious bodily damage, including that damaged caused by prolonged starvation. Believe me and without doubt, it’s known to occur in fat bodies on diets. There is evidence that atherosclerosis, leading to heart attacks and strokes, is caused by repeated dieting. This fact alone would account for the high death rate of fat people from these illnesses. We ask ourselves, ‘It’s worth it’. Agreed? Let scroll down to the second danger of blindly pursuing a trim and slim body without much regards to our individual bodies per se. Serious warning No. 2 accepting as ‘gospel’ truth that all fat people are unhealthy. Important, listen to this. Some studies claiming to prove that fat is unhealthy were done on people who have dieted frequently. And who live in an atmosphere of constant persecution and self-hatred. Getting to the roots of ‘fatness’ it is discovered the in realty; it’s the person mind that can cause the overweight person to be physically sick. A troubled mind would attract all kind of sickness, including obesity. Believe it or not such sickness is initially caused by overeating due to overeaters using food as a form of gratification. Let’s give a loud shout to the next warning! Serious warning No. 3 Excessive & unfounded fear that being fat makes us an ‘outcasts’. You guessed it! I have only peeled back the first few layers of this warning but if you really want to get the truth we are now going to get a little more personal. Ok? Believe me the handful of studies existing on non-persecuted fat people suggests that they are quite healthy, whereas studies of persecuted groups other than fat people, such as black or Asian people, show these groups to suffer from many of the diseases "characteristic" of fat people. And also mental well-being. Let’s continue to scroll down , let’s discover for ourselves the fourth warning! Any problem? If ‘no’ then let’s hastily jump to that now! Serious warning No 4. Misunderstanding on compulsiveness toward food. Let me clue you in on a small juicy piece of secret. What you are about to read is mostly hidden from the public’s eyes. In truth, such compulsiveness is found in almost all individuals, fat or thin, who are starved or deprived of food. Or who are threatened with starvation or deprivation. So don’t beat yourself up just because you are slightly overweight and you have the ‘evil’ compulsiveness to eat more, plus being attractive to food. It naturally that our bodies are wired to eat when we are hungry. It’s sometimes never our fault at all.Period! The last warning may not sound important to you. But do continue reading and prove me wrong! Right? Serious warning No 5. Accepting ‘lock, stock and barrel’ that all fat people eat more. At this juncture, let me stress upon a simple observation. I'm sure there are still some very good questions floating around your brain right now. And we just have to get them out in the open. Sometimes we tend to believe that since all psychiatric theories are based on the assumption that fat people are fat because they eat more than slim people. This psychiatry contradicts reality and forces alienation upon fat people. Trust me; fatness may be due to hereditary and other reasons. At this stage we would not have the time and bytes to elaborate in more details. To summarize, let’s recap the ‘health’ warnings why we should reject some or all of the biased opinions of ‘fat’ people. Even from doctors and other medical professionals. Warning number one. Prolonger fasting or ‘off’ and ‘on’ dieting can seriously harm our body. Second warning, we are mentally tortured because of unnecessary anxieties imposed by other that we should have a ‘film star’ figure and etc. Because of this self indulged unrealistic expectation it can ruin our metal health also. Warning number three, being fat is not so shameful or disrespected in comparison to other bias suffered by Blacks or Asians. The fourth warning lies in that compulsion for food does not only exist with fat people only. It’s also happens to ordinary people. And finally, the wrong conclusion jumped by so called ‘experts’ that fat people are greedy because they eat more than others. To conclude, let give those ignorant people the benefit of their doubts. Actually, "our own good" is not the real reason for persecution of fat people. The real reason is looks. When was the last time you saw people who smoke cigarettes denied employment, laughed at when they complain about discrimination, ridiculed throughout the media, rejected as friends and lovers? And they are endangering their health and others. Must we expound more? I rest my case. Full stop.
