Using Affirmation to Lose Weight

Do you ever hear about lose weight using affirmation? Affirmations are positive statements you repeat again and again till you believe them! The more you trust them and feel them, the more effective affirmations work.

The most crucial thing for affirmations is that you state them in the present tense as if they are happening now. By affirmations, you can easily and effortlessly retrain your mind to make your body release extra pounds!

All cell in your body is affected by your thoughts. Progressively, scientists agree that we create our physical shape by our thoughts, which means that you can believe yourself slim or think yourself fat. The body follows the expectations, attitudes, and beliefs of the mind.

Your body creates in accordance with the statements it obtains from you mind. So, as you start to tell your body what you expect from it, your body will begin to behave accordingly.

You must first realize that your physical body is your most knowledgeable about creation and it represents your most intimately held beliefs about yourself made actual in the physical system. Your body then is meant as a physical, understandable proof in the molecular and cellular world by your inner state of being at any selected time in your life. Everything almost and inside your body is in a constant state of change, and this automatic changing follows your feelings about yourself.

Create a simple statement (visit the links below and get the good example of weight loss affirmation) and repeat it for five minutes at night before you go to sleep as imagining yourself as the slim self you will become. Most ‘affirmation articles’ will say to looking at at the mirror and say your affirmation aloud. Well, I can 100% certainly that it won’t work. You've to know that affirmation just work on subconscious mind level, when you look at the mirror and say something, you are on beta wave, you're using conscious mind.

That’s why I advise you to repeat your affirmations only at night before you go to sleep. Since at that time, your brain naturally goes to alpha wave, you are using subconscious mind. Actually you also can read your affirmation at morning after you wake up, but at night, it’s more powerful.

Don't look in mirrors till you feel sure enough you have lose some weight, because might be showed to you by looser fitting clothes. When you are just beginning, mirrors will just reinforce your present impossible condition.

The most crucial thing to remember about affirmations is to say them with feeling. When you repeat your affirmations, let yourself go down deeply into the feeling behind the affirmation.
