I use aweber and the monthly service is 20.00 an month. Forums are another alternative, but there is a lot of upkeep, but a lot of people create a download area and a discussion area where members can discuss issues and products. This is a great way to create a membership but the only disadvantage you have to monitor this constantly. But like they say different strokes for different folks.
