Shiatsu is most popular in Japan where at least one member of family skilled or trained in this therapy. Mostly women were usually the practitioners of this therapy especially during earlier few years. Which person not healthy they called to that imbalanced chi in their body. Chi related to energy of overall body. Pressure doesn’t apply on one part where pain of body it is applies on whole body. With this all body affected and balance of energy maintained. Knowledge of pressure points of body is also one of principle utilized in shiatsu. These points are called meridians. When energy of all body is blocked or not work then human feel stress, pain. So they need pressure when therapist apply pressure then he say for change positions of body for different type of pressure to clients. But different part related with different organs and glands. It also removes stress, improve blood and energy circulation, and improve self esteem and confidence level etc. if any therapy doesn’t do in proper way or from skilled therapist then it has many negative effects.
