The hotel received an 85.1% mark signifying its excellence and its visitors regard for its services, amenities, fine dining and luxurious environment. Mr & Mrs Tornivouka (The Eagles Palace Hotel & SPA’s owners) received their award. However, this is not the first time that the Eagles Palace Hotel & SPA has received recognition for its excellence. It was also the winner of the Green Key Award as well as the recipient of the Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence in 2011.
