When the Samsung T528g finally came to town, a commotion ignited amongst the Straight Talk consumers.They may have thought that they wouldn't get to see another touchscreen phone after the popular Samsung r810c Finesse went missing in action.But they were proven wrong when this handset came in. Customers swarmed all over it the minute it hit the market.Walmart seems to be making selling this one, with a few branches across the country stocking it.But as of now, my local store can’t tell me when the stock is going to arrive here, and other people seem to have similar experiences in their own areas. With the limitation of availability, buying it from Straight Talk online seems to be the best way to go.You can’t go wrong with a phone costing only $99.99.Putting things in perspective, the Finesse was selling at $300 last year. With all the cool features that it comes with, the price is just right for this phone.Two standout features are its 3G connectivity and Wi-Fi, which that are great for surfing the mobile web.Not only that, but Wi-Fi lets its users surf without using up their plan's data. Another bonus for this handset is it doesn’t require a monthly unlimited plan.Two other higher-end Straight Talk phones, the Nokia E71 and the Nokia 6790, each will work only on the more expensive of Straight Talk's two monthly options. You can choose between, or even switch back and forth between, the $30 plan, or the $45 unlimited plan.Overall, I think it’s a great deal taking into account the 3G connectivity, full HTML browser and many other features that come with it. As for the remainder of the features, they’re quite average.The 2MP camera coming with video recording function is pretty decent.In addition, you get an audio player, full access Bluetooth, voice recognition plus multi-tasking thrown in the package. Given the robust features in the bundle of goodies, it’s no surprise that prepaid users are getting worked up over this handset.Best of all, you get everything for a hundred bucks. Need more details?
