Magenta’s Echo Tracking, which is highly tuned to Lewis Day’s operational needs, went live in July 2011 as a part of Lewis Day’s move to boost the business performance while becoming more cost efficient. The new tracking solution will enable Lewis day to meet the growing demands of the market – by enabling more efficient and informed fleet operations and a better controlled fleet. The Echo fleet tracking solution provides an accurate record and display of the current and historical positioning and status of Lewis Day’s vehicles - enabling customer service staff to monitor multiple or individual vehicles and update customers accordingly.
