Everyone knows about the importance of trees but shrubs are not to be left behind as well. One can check out different varieties of shrubs which are grown near landscape foundations, parks as well as gardens. There are most probably more than thousands of different shrubs which are grown in ornamental parks but there are only a few shrubs which are available in the nurseries. One purchases shrubs and grows them for that extra look near the flowering hedges, berry shrubs or the evergreen hard wood. One must also keep in mind that the shrubs are dependent on the soil quality. Some depend on dry soils others on wet soils. There are also some other kind of geographical barriers when it comes to the shrub plantation. Altitude, wind exposure, fertility levels are all important considerations when it comes to the plantation. If one is interested in growing shrubs, one can always try out the evergreen shrubs which stay for a really long time. If one grows these shrubs then one can expect a pleasant colour of green amidst the sullen white colour of winter. There are also some evergreen shrubs which later grow into trees if grown for more years of time interval. One must always give importance to the shrubs after the tree plantations.
